Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- Artikel yang dikirimkan merupakan artikel yang belum pernah dipublikasikan sebelumnya, baik pada jurnal yang lain ataupun sedang dalam tahap pertimbangan dari jurnal yang lain.
- Artikel yang dikirimkan kepada tim editor harus dalam format .docx (Microsoft Word).
- Artikel yang dikirimkan harus menggunakan Bahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar atau dalam Bahasa Inggris (English). Untuk artikel yang ditulis dalam Bahasa Inggris disarankan untuk melakukan pemeriksaan tata bahasa (grammar) dan kejelasan (clarity) sebelum dikirimkan.
- Jika tersedia, URL atau DOI dari setiap referensi harus disertakan.
- Teks artikel harus ditulis menggunakan spasi 1,15; dengan ukuran huruf 11; menggunakan huruf miring (Italics) daripada garis bawah (Underline); dan semua ilustrasi, gambar dan tabel diletakkan didalam teks terkait, bukan dibagian bawah artikel.
- Penulisan artikel mengacu pada template penulisan yang telah disediakan.
- Manuskrip yang dikirimkan tidak boleh melebihi total 10 halaman.

Penulis yang mempublikasikan artikel di Jurnal ‘Sound of Health’ harus menyetujui hal-hal berikut:
- Penulis memiliki hak cipta atas karya tulisnya dan memberikan hak kepada jurnal untuk mempublikasikan karyanya. Karya tulis ilmiah yang diterbitkan akan didistribusikan di bawah lisensi Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0/deed.en) yang memungkinkan orang lain untuk membagikan karya tulis tersebut dengan pengakuan atas kepenulisan karya dan publikasi awal di jurnal ini.
- Penulis dapat menggunakan kembali seluruh atau sebagian artikelnya yang telah dipublikasikan dalam karyanya yang lain.
- Penulis memiliki hak untuk mereproduksi atau mengizinkan orang lain untuk mereproduksi artikel yang telah dipublikasikan untuk penggunaan pribadi penulis atau untuk penggunaan perusahaan jika sumber dan pemberitahuan hak cipta jurnal disebutkan, dan jika reproduksi tidak dilakukan untuk tujuan komersial.
Tim penulis harus mendeklarasikan persetujuannya untuk memberikan hak kepada jurnal untuk mempublikasikan karyanya melalui pernyataan Copyright Transfer Agreement yang harus ditandatangani oleh tim penulis.
COPYRIGHT TRANSFER AGREEMENT
The article entitled __________________________________________________________________________________________ is herewith submitted for publication in Sound of Health Journal. It has not been published before, and it is not under consideration for publication in any other journal (s). It contains no matter that is scandalous, obscene, libelous, or otherwise contrary to law. I/We agree that copies made under these circumstances will continue to carry the copyright notice that appeared in the original published work. I/We certify that I/We have obtained written permission for the use of text, tables, and/or illustrations from any copyrighted source(s), and I/We agree to supply such written permission(s) to Sound of Health Journal upon request.
When the article is accepted for publication, I/We, as author/authors, hereby agree to transfer(s), assign(s), or otherwise convey(s) all copyright ownership, including any and all rights incidental thereto, exclusively to the Journal, in the event that such work is published by the Journal. The Journal shall own the work, including 1) copyright; 2) the right to grant permission to republish the article in whole or in part, with or without fee; 3) the right to produce preprints or reprints and translate into languages other than English for sale or free distribution; and 4) the right to republish the work in a collection of articles in any other mechanical or electronic format.
The article will be published under the terms of the latest Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License, unless the journal notifies the author otherwise in writing.

How do we process your information? We process your personal information for a variety of reasons, depending on how you interact with our Services, including:
- To facilitate account creation and authentication and otherwise manage user accounts. We may process your information so you can create and log in to your account, as well as keep your account in working order.
- To deliver and facilitate delivery of services to the user. We may process your information to provide you with the requested service.
- To fulfil and manage your orders. We may process your information to fulfil and manage your article submission made through the Services.
- To enable communications. We may process your information in order to contact you regarding your submissions and reviewing process.
How long do we keep your information? We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than the period of time in which users have an account with us.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate if from any further processing until deletion is possible.
What are your privacy rights? Withdrawing your consent. If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, which may be express and/or implied consent depending on the applicable law, you have the right to withdraw your consent any time. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us by using the contact details provided in the section below. If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can log in to your account settings and update your user account. Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active database. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our legal terms and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.
