JURNAL MANAJEMEN MARANATHA (JMM) is a scientific publication media published by Faculty of Digital Business and Law, Maranatha Christian University. JMM is published twice a year, i.e. every May and November. JMM is an open-access journal. All articles have a DOI number. JMM accepts articles in the form of quantitative, qualitative research results, and various other similar scientific papers. JMM is open to every academician, practitioner, and professional who desires to share knowledge and inspiration in marketing management, financial management, human resource management, operation management, and entrepreneurship.

PEER REVIEW PROCESS

All manuscripts submitted to this journal must follow focus and scope, and author guidelines of this journal. The submitted manuscripts must address scientific merit or novelty appropriate to the focus and scope. 

In the reviewing process, there are at least two reviewers for each manuscript in the related topic with a double blind peer review and managed by editor in the OJS.  Judgement from the both reviewers will be main priority for editor to make decision.

 

ARCHIVING

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. LOCKSS Archive.

 

PLAGIARISM

Authors should submit only original work that is not plagiarized and has not been published or being considered elsewhere. All manuscripts must be free from plagiarism content, so all submitted manuscripts would through plagiarism checked by editor with a maximum 20% similarity. The manuscripts that do not pass the plagiarism checking process would be returned to the author for revised it. The manuscripts that pass the plagiarism checking process will continue to the review process. Turnitin or other software will be used by the editorial team to check for similarities of submitted manuscript with existing literature.

WITHDRAWAL OF MANUSCRIPT

During the review process, authors are not allowed to withdraw the manuscript because the
withdrawal is a waste of valuable resources and time for editors and reviewers to process the
submitted manuscript.
