Gambaran Faktor Risiko dan Komorbiditas pada Pasien TB Paru di Puskesmas Sukatani Periode 2020-2023

Abstract

Tuberkulosis (TB) masih menjadi salah satu masalah kesehatan yang ada di dunia, terutama di Indonesia. Insidensi TB di Indonesia pada tahun 2021 adalah 354 per 100.000 penduduk dengan perkiraan angka kematian 52 per 100.000 penduduk. Indonesia masih menjadi peringkat ke-2 penderita TB terbanyak di dunia setelah India. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari gambaran faktor risiko dan komorbiditas pada pasien TB di Puskesmas Sukatani tahun 2020-2023 berdasarkan jenis kelamin, merokok, TB-Diabetes Melitus (DM), dan TB-HIV. Desain penelitian ini berupa observasional deskriptif dengan menggunakan data retrospektif dari rekam medis pasien TB yang terdiagnosis klinis dan bakteriologis di Puskesmas Sukatani Kabupaten Purwakarta periode 2020-2023 dengan metode whole sampling. Distribusi tertinggi jenis kelamin adalah kelompok laki-laki sebesar 56,01%. Distribusi tertinggi dengan faktor risiko merokok adalah pasien tidak merokok sebesar 63,39%. Distribusi tertinggi berdasarkan dengan komorbiditas terhadap DM adalah pasien tidak disertai DM sebesar 98,28%. Distribusi tertinggi berdasarkan dengan komorbiditas terhadap HIV adalah pasien tidak disertai HIV sebesar 99,75%. Simpulan, jumlah total pasien TB Paru yang terdiagnosis di Puskesmas Sukatani Kabupaten Purwakarta periode 2020-2023 adalah 407 orang, dengan distribusi tertinggi pasien adalah jenis kelamin laki-laki, tidak merokok dan tidak disertai DM. TB-HIV hanya didapatkan 1 dari 407 pada penelitian ini.
