Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran tentang legalitas dan keberlakuan kontrak pintar. Dan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implikasi hukum dari penggunaan smart contract dalam perjanjian. Kesimpulannya, pengakuan keabsahan kontrak pintar dapat dicapai melalui penetapan klausul khusus dalam kontrak yang mengakui keabsahannya, terutama pada transaksi lintas negara yang memerlukan penambahan klausul pilihan hukum dan pilihan yurisdiksi. Kontrak pintar menawarkan peluang besar untuk merevolusi transaksi bisnis dan hukum kontrak dengan efisiensi dan otonomi yang lebih besar. Namun, agar teknologi ini dapat terintegrasi dengan baik dalam kerangka hukum, diperlukan pengembangan peraturan yang mengatasi tantangan validitas hukum, penegakan hukum, yurisdiksi, dan keamanan data. Di Indonesia, meskipun kontrak pintar diperbolehkan, ketidakpastian hukum di berbagai yurisdiksi menunjukkan perlunya adaptasi hukum yang lebih dinamis untuk mendukung pengembangan teknologi ini.Unduhan
